Well, Norm.. AFAIK, you can carry a knife as long as it isn't a certain length - AS LONG as it isn't a switchblade. Something about switchblades being dangerous or popping open at "inopportune" times.

I have a Mircotech automatic knife (switchblade) and cut the bujesus out of my finger the first day I had it. Playing, of course.
I would like to thank the governemt for protecting me against these dangerous weapons.

Florida's law is kinda odd.. Apparently you can carry any knife concealed as long as you have a Concealed Weapons Permit. I didn't find any wording that limits the size or type of knife (unless it's a ballistic knife that propells a blade off of the frame of the knife)..
