Got a home with 7 acres!!

Lynn just called & we got the house with 7 acres!!

A waitress at the local cafe said, "Well, I sure hope they open that arena back up. It was used for 'family fun night' by the previous owners.."

It needs some cleaning up, light poles straightened, etc...

So, we're believing that the arena will be ready by spring & all we have to do is announce that it has been RE-OPENED.
We'll just be bringing 'er back to life...((It's so funny that when I first laid eyes on that arena, I heard a whisper:
"If you build it, they will come.".......hahahahaha))

We'll be moving in as soon as the owners finish the final touches & cleaning (inside & out), and putting appliances in.

The city said that if we annex into the city limits (part of the property is still in the county), we wouldn't have to pay prop. taxes for 10 years.

It'll also be Ag Exempt.

I'm sooooooo excited & nervous at the same time. I'm sure that's normal.
