Patrol is the bread an butter for a police department but we get treated like red headed step children. That's the way it always has been and always will be.

What's really bad at my department is honor guard. It's about time MSP got some real equipment in their cars. I've seen the interiors of their regular units and it looks like a hodge-podge of crap.
