There are a few Canadian members on this forum where an "Explorer" status doesn't exist in local and federal departments. Yet they still want to become LEO's. Or British or Australian members also.

And what about convicts? I think they should be allowed since they do have intimite knowledge of law enforcement.

I believe they are called Adventurers here in Canada. Same type of thing from what I understand.
