Everything was progressively harder, of course. The PT was different now that we are running 3 days a week instead of 5. We are starting the strength training type stuff next week. This morning's PT session was a smoker. The instructor says we were going to do some "sprints" along with some jogging. We were pumped up and ready to go, somewhat motivated. We get started and everyone is feeling pretty good and were wondering when the sprinting portion was going to start. I'm sure jarobins/636ninja will know what I'm talking about, but we turn into the rear parking lot where the personnel from HQ's park. This was our sprinting phase, straight up hill, I would guess about 200 yards up. Then we turned the corner and jogged back down, then he took us right back up again. We did that 5 times with pushups in between. That one killed alot of us. I made for 3 laps but fell back on the last 2. I about threw up a lung catching back up with the pack as not to fall out of the run. We have to sign a log book if you fall out, so I told myself "hell no" and kicked in gear when we went back to the gym. All in all things are great, we still have to tighten up on some things as a group. Like getting people to shut the hell up, or whisper to each other when they talk. Some of these guys do not know the meaning of the word "softly".
