LOL I have lived in Tennessee my entire life and never been called a "yankee" before
they made me a conditional job offer. i turned them down after receiving my invitation to austin. DPS isn't what it's cracked up to be.

Troopers shown on the site are members of the Capital Police.
The other branches of DPS look a little big different. Patches are different basically but it makes a big difference to the uniform.
