What did you guys and gals do with the income tax return money?
I purchased the following:
1) Hardon Kardon 7.1 surround sound reciever ($650)
2) Infinity speakers / 7 satellite speakers and one sub ($600)
3) SONY SXRD 50 inch HDTV ($3,000)
4) SONY DVD with HDMI hook ups for HDTV ($150)
5) Direct TV HD ($100)
6) New entertainment center to hold everything ($1350)
The new SONY SXRD silicon X-tal reflective display TV is AWESOME! The TV is as good as a plasma and then some. As you can see I am very happy with my purchase lst week. As you can see I did my homework.
What did you guys do with your money??????????????????

Uh, I make sure that the government doesn't get to hold on to that much of my money over the year..... I'd rather save it on my own than let them have it interest free. In fact, I try to figure my withholding so that I have to pay just under a thousand each April. If I keep it under a thousand then I don't have to pay estimated taxes and I get to have used Uncle Sam's money.:D

Pre-ordered my PS3 (now it's not being released until November - woohoo! Now I can Ebay it for xmas!)

If the Xbox 360 is any example, you can make 400% profit when they sell out in stores. Retail price is targeted to be $500. Xboxes were selling on Ebay for almost $2,000 for xmas, so...

Put it away in a savings account in case I get called for the July 06 NYPD Academy Class. Have to have a backup plan to pay bills and the income tax $$ became plan B.
