Hello I am wandering if anyone here can give me tips and help on getting myself in shape a little more for the acadmey? I been jogging some each day and doing a few situps and a couple push ups each day but wandering what else can I do? I was lifting weights but I choped off my knuckle in a weight lifting accident so I kinda chicken out about going back to lifting weights. Plus I got no one to spot me so I cannt go back to lifting weights plus thats reason why I had the accident cause of being careless and having no spotter. Im a kinda smaller guy so im not very strong but thats what im working at. Any info will be very appreciated. Thank you![]()
