Drawing of Police Cars needed

I am looking for a simple but fairly accurate drawing of a 2005 Crown Vic and Chevy Impala.

My department is going to use the drawings to show where emergency lights are supposed to be installed. Our 2006 budget is going to allow us to buy some extra LEDs and other lights [other then the main light bar or internal lights] and the department is going to allow the officers to choose where they want the extra lights placed.

Lightbar on top and lights inside are not required on the drawing. They are just going to circle the general area of where the light(s) are to be installed.

An 8x10 drawing is prefered, showing both back and front with a portion of the side of the car.

Dang...the old shop I use to wire squads at had these.

You could try calling the big names in Emergency Vehicle Lighting and see if they can't fax over what it is you are looking for.

I'd try Federal Signal, Show-Me, Sound Off Inc., Whelen and so on.


I'll do some digging and see if I can't pull something up for you.

I haven't been able to find anything. What about just using pictures of actual crown vics?

Maybe take one of your squads and with a digital camera, take a front, rear, side and if possible, roof pictures. Make it black and white so they can circle wherever they need to. Just a thought I had in the meantime.

I suggested all of this - They want the drawing because with photos copies get hard to see after a while.
