We have all heard of the "Three Strikes" type of laws that various States enact to combat crime.
I have one called the "Ten Point System" ........ it goes like this:
Every Felony conviction is worth 3 points, each Misdemeanor is worth 1 point. When you achieve any combination of convictions that equal or exceed 10 points, you are deported to any country that will take you. After all, you have demonstrated that you cannot live by the rules of civilized society.
Now .......... there has to be some incentive to get other countries to want your law-breaking butt.
That is easy. It costs 35 to 50 thousand dollars a year to house and feed a non-death-row inmate, so we offer 75,000.00 USD in hard currency to any country willing to take you.
I can just see currency-hungry countries backing up old troop-ships to our docks, asking us for as many as the ship will hold. I imagine the ship would be back in 4 or 5 days, not long enough for a trans-Atlantic trip, but long enough to get to deep water. But hey - that is their human rights violation - not ours !
Besides - humans are bio-degradable !!!!!
