    Hypothetical Situation

    Ok my friend was wondering...
    A police car, fire truck, ambulance, and usps truck all come to a 4-way stop at the same time, all with emergency lights on. Who has the right-of-way?

    -What is the legal course of action?
    -What would really happen?
    -Would it vary based on the call, or the state?

    well it's impossible for 4 cars to arrive at a 4-way stop at the exact same time. Here in PA if two or three cars reach the stop at the same time, the car farthest to the right goes first. I can't imagine 3 EVs headed in different directions

    i've heard this before, i beleive the answer given was the mail truck goes first...something about the government thing i dunno.....lol. i'm just waiting to see a post office truck that is actually running hot somewhere!!:D

    I have never seen a USPS truck on an emergency anywhere.. lol...
    And since a 4 way stop is square, who is furthest to the right? I have heard this explanation before, but if the person on the right goes, whose "right" are we supposed to go by?

    I'm with VA on this. Unless of course its a fire truck, ambulance, city officer and county deputy. Then, City before deputy and if the deputy doesn't like it, he can take it up with my backup:D They're right behind me. :D
