What is the statue of limitations on a ticket citation regarding "dog at large", etc. I had rented my house back in 1996 and just recently stopped about a warrant I had regarding dog citations.
I have to court but wondered if there is an statue of limitations on dog citations by the city.

Doesn't statute of limitations only apply to uncharged offenses. If an offense is charged and a warrant is issued, I don't think that there is a limitation. But I'm only a cop and what do we know:D
