Police Games

I am entering my first ever Police Games event this year. I am playing soccer for the W. NY team up in Rochester NY on June 15-17. I dunno why I am doing it, I played soccer a couple times in the service for the base team, but never much past that. I hope I can keep up with all the young'uns out there. I am gonna post pictures of me with either a trophy or an I.V. in my arm.
Soccer is really simple. Kick the ball and if another player bumps into you, over dramatize the fall with arms flailing and face contorted in pure agony. Roll 25ft like somebody shot you outta a moving car, and grab your nuts or shin!
The crowd digs a good soccer/thespian. I will don the cleats and run with the young bucks once more, hope it doesn't kill me. The wife is laughing at me, saying my "Has Been Status" will be cemented in this outing. I say that my acting skills will draw us a yellow card on an opponent, and that my friends is what being a team player is all about. Laying it on the line. :p

I wish you luck, my friend. I played soccer in 7 different Police Games. We won a lot and lost a lot.. but the only consistent memory I have is what it feels like to pull both of your hamstrings at the same time while still having 2 games to play!!! :eek:

Invest in some BenGay and Ace bandages! And have some fun!!! :D

HAHAHA It's been about 5 years since I played (note the key word: Played) and I'm still trying to heal!

The truth is that if my body would let me play at the level of competition I would like to play at, I would still be out there today. I love that stupid game! :(

I hate soccer. But where your playing, its not very far away from my location. I might go who knows, I'll have to take pics and video of you either scoring a goal or getting tripped :p we'll see.
