I wondered where that jerk went. Sounds like the same guy I got in trouble for after the entire squad pitched in and we bought him a bus ticket to Tucson.

The ******* caused immediate trouble in Tucson, which resulted in the Chief there calling my Chief and asking not too politely for us to stop sending our ****birds down there. Haven't seen him for many years, looks like he made to you guys. LOL

Heh, different one probably. This guy showed up in the late 70's and then seemed to have disappeared around 1990 or so. He had a pretty long run. He was always begging downtown and finally the local paper did an article on him, exposing the fact that he'd lost his legs jumping a freight instead of Vietnam. He left soon after that. Can't remember his last name, but it started with a "V". He never had a wheelchair, used a little skateboard thing like Eddie Murphy used in "Trading Places.
