I watched that pursuit live. I was really dissappointed in CHP. They had numerous opportunities to PIT him while he was traveling in a wide open freeway at a not so fast speed. Then they let him walk out of his car and into a business. Then finally O.C. deputies stepped in and took the guy down. I really shouldn't be monday-night-quarterbacking since I'm not a police officer and don't know policy and procedure for these types of situations. It's was just my opinion.
