Taser may not have worked with all the layers of clothes and coat he had on. I wished they would teach that kind of vehicle maneuver in EVOC!

I'm not sure if pinning the guy against the pole was what the driving officer intended to do. Pretty darn good move, whether he planned it or not.
They should have tasered him AFTER pinning him to the pole
