I really liked the Blauer Shirt. It was made with one of the many cooling fibers and was very comfotable on hot days. They were made really well and I would not mine being able to get some for my current job in summer. Too bad were stuck with traditinal button down shirts.
A good option is go to your uniform provider and ask them to borrow one type of each shirt to show everyone and let them compare side, by side.
