I had 2 arrests today! I had my first juvenile shoplifting today. Get a call of someone shoplifting at a grocery store. I get there and see the manager following this juvenile around. I ask the juvenile what's going on and he says that he isn't doing anything. I ask if he has anything in his pockets that belond to the store. He says no just his CD player and CD's. I ask if he minds if I search his pockets and he says no. Well I find 7 packs of gum in his jacket pocket. He already admitted to me that he didn't have money to buy anything. Off we go to juvenile intake.
Later I get a call at the ER of a disturbance. Upon my arrival I spoke with a nurse who stated her and 2 others witness a male subject push his (live in) girlfriend onto a wall. The guy is drunk and has refused treatment so the hospital wanted him out. So we hook him up for domestic assault. Was a wild daylight shift. I bet evening shift will be hopping.
