This guy ran just because he had a revoked DL. Check out the video. He hits an off-ramp haulin *** and plows into 5 or 6 vehicles. Luckily, no one was seriously hurt. I hope they lock his *** up for good.

They had canceled the pursuit approximately 19 seconds before the crash. Now one of the drivers has already hired an attorney to file suit againt THP. What bull****. :mad:

That was certain to happen and I'm sure there will be more lawsuits to follow... maybe by people that weren't even there.

I hope it flies like a lead elephant. The department will be able to show that they had terminated pursuit so hopefully nobody will win a red cent from the department.

Update:
The driver that filed the lawsuit IS suing the perpetrator and the THP. He says it is not the fault of the troopers, but the policy in place for pursuits. He's trying to have his cake and eat it too. He doesn't want to place any blame on the officers doing their job, but advises the policy they were following is wrong.
Of course the attorney he hired is Bart Durham & assoc. One of the vultures that plays commercials all day long on TV.
Funny enough, this guy works at the Shell Gas Station as a clerk up the street from the airport. :rolleyes:

that's crazy, we just had a similar situation in oregon where the suspect and an driver of another car both died.
