Are those blue lights on top? Do you ever use the blue/red? Just wondering. And, what kind of cars are they?

Yes blue on top, with red flashers to the rear, they are Ford Focus and are a piece of crap

They are like that to assist in letting people know we are there when dealing with collisions, and yes we frequently have people stuff us up the rear.
