Acutally, the fact that he drives a van, wears a Aloha Shirt and a CIA ball cap, and has a cooler packed with PBR 99.9% of the time that he is delivering cargo......would lead most LEOs to believe something is a foot when he's being stopped.....:D

I would suspect that you hide one in between your cargo....and leave the other one out in the open so that they get theirs.....and you have some for later...? :D

most states gotta be over 21 to posess a handgun... so it has to be 21 or older....

In Maine you only need to be 18 to have a CCW permit or purchase a rifle, to include semi-automatic assault rifle. To purchase a handgun however, you do need to be 21. In private sale, I think you have to be at least 18, but it may actually be younger.

I got my CCW when I was 19. I walked into local PD and had no issues whatsoever. I did have an issue once upon a time where an officer told me I am not allowed to carry even with my permit. That's just say his supervisor found HIM in the wrong:D

I've only had problems with one CCW holder here in Texas, was a 65 year old who was DWI and kept trying to go for the center console. I wrestled with him a bit and got him secured and found his weapon in the center console.

In Texas, as I am sure in other states if you are drunk or commiting another crime while carrying your weapon you are no longer covered by the CCW laws. My 65 year old friend was charged with DWI and Unlawful carrying of a weapoon by CCW holder, needless to say he's not packing heat anymore.

Funny thing is dispatch had trouble getting his CCW to pull up so they called DPS, DPS told em that it was on file but that they were going to go ahead and revoke it and for me to send the forms in later :D

Yep, in Texas it is a seperate offense to carry while intoxicated. It will also result in a revocation of your CHL.

However, there is no provision making UCW laws non-applicable if the person is "committing another crime while carrying the weapon".
