I have never made it a point to decide what another's relationship is with God.
I, myself, do not think that ppl improving themselfs is a act against the Lord.
Very often it has a major effect on self esteem, not vanity.
And as for this particular woman, who is to say this was an "enhancement".
Perhaps she had to have her natural ones removed.
I do not think it was mere chance that saved her though.
The silicon of the implant would reduce the speed of anything passing thru it.
Reducing it enough to save her life, that was probably the grace of God. (My opinion only....of course).
