    Boy admits raping teacher

    17 January 2005

A 12-year-old schoolboy raped his teacher and then stole her car to drive off in, a court heard today.

The boy, now aged 13, admitted rape and theft when he appeared at Teesside Crown Court today.

No details of the incidents were outlined at the hearing.

He is understood to have carried out the attack after a one-to-one teaching session at a special needs centre in County Durham, in November last year.

The boy, from County Durham, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, then took the woman's car and drove off before abandoning it in Gateshead, on Tyneside.

Reporting restrictions were not lifted and the youth was remanded into local authority care where he will be held in secure accommodation.

The Recorder of Middlesbrough, Judge Peter Fox QC, told the boy: "You have pleaded guilty to a very serious matter and questions arise about what is going to be done about you.

"The judge who sentences you needs to know as much as possible about you."

The hearing was adjourned until March 11 for reports to be prepared.

They say if you put a windows CD into your computer and play it backwards it plays a satanic message, but that’s nothing if you play it forward it installs windows

Any remotely fit person that's old enough to teach would surely be able to fend off a twelve year old. Besides, would a twelve year old be that umm, how shall I say it? "juiced" to rape someone??? I think something else may have occured and something somewhere along the lines went wrong...

I'd give Oscar the Grouch ten bucks if he'd call Elmo "Numbnuts" and then hit him with a shovel.

There are, rarely of course, some pretty scary big 12 year old guys. Like 6 feet, 180lbs. I had one of them as a buddy in grade school. When he was young, cops and curious people would stop him on the street to ask him why he wasn't in school. This was before he entered Kindergarten, and he was about 4'6".

The kid was in "special needs", so he very well could have been quite violent and disturbed.
