Well, I've only got so much time, so I'll be brief.
I'm having a Goddamn blast at the academy. The coursework thusfar has been simple enuff - mostly rote memorization of basic ****. PT has been a ballbuster lately - Friday we warmed up with 1600 jumping jacks. I lost all mobility and sensation in my calves around number 600. Lots of running, LOTS of push-ups, low crawls, bear crawls, sprints, fireman's carry, partner drags. It's week two and I've been voted "Most Likely To Open Fire" already. I love that ****.
