well the full - first of all check your sent folder whether there's any messages in it or not, as quota counts in all folder
always delete message in your sent folder and make sure your inbox are empty.
if it still happen, then contact Jason (if he is free) based on my humble opinion, i do think the PM codes need some maintenance!
