hey just thought i would post some pics of a dwi rollover that i worked yesterday. the driver was dwi, and had her 9 year old son with her in the car. she ended up going to jail, and not the hospital with her son. then she decided to get fiesty and put up some resistance, some people just dont learn.

by the way, she was going the opposite direction of the way she ended up.

Wow.. Some people just don't learn, some people just don't want to learn. Glad she's in jail. I'm sorry to hear her son's in the hospital. I'm sure he'll be screaming at her, "I told you, mom, I don't like it if you drink and drive!"

Well hopefully the kid will look back on this and say 'I will never drive under the influence" If only he could have gotten the message in a different form.

We have child endangerment if caught DUI w/a child. Agg child endangerment if the child is injured (felony) and especially agg child endangerment if the child is killed (higher felony). Were you able to hit the dumb b**** up with similar charges?

We too have a relatively new penalty for a juvenile in a car when the driver is popped for DUI.
