    Virginia Beach Police Department

    Anyone here from VA Beach PD? I was wondering what the Behavioral-Personnel Assessment Device (B-PAD) video test was like. Any thoughts/stories to share?

    How is working for VA Beach PD with the Navy being so close?

    I was initially going to apply to Virginia Beach PD when I retired from the Air Force but I decided to stay on the Peninsula. We were dug in to deep here and our friends would've killed us if we had moved. Virginia Beach gets a lot of prior Navy and Marines since they are so close to Norfolk. I'm not sure how the Navy effects work with the department.

    VBPD just calls the Shore Patrol, who are also out and about in the city.

    One can only be so Open Minded before all that mind **** spills out, stains and ruins everything.

    Yeah - Just watch COPS, VBPD is on the show alot. :-)

    I never knew what Shore Patrol was untill I saw them on COPS with VBPD the other day.
