Important: Need help for the Texas area.

Hello everyone. I have an almost blatant attempt at international and credit card fraud that I need help with for the San Antonio, Texas area. If any LEO on here can help with this case from that area, please let me know by PM (they already provided fraudulent credit card information).

History: Got an Email a couple weeks ago to my company asking for a quote on some computer parts and printer cartidges (go figure) in huge quantities (e.g. 20, 50) so we're talking a few thousand dollars here. There were a few inconsistencies with the information from the Email message including where the message originated from (Brussels, Belgium). I played along and created a case for it, sent out a dummy price quote and didn't expect a reply back after a while. Well, he replied with a full address, credit card holder name and credit card information. I've already contacted the FBI through their IFCC but, of course, got nothing from it even after updating them about it.

So, if anyone can point me to another LE agency or someone in San Antonio, Texas (that's where they want it shipped to) I'd greatly appreciate it. Verified LEOs: I can provide the information on this case online so you can get all of the information about this. If anyone needs any clarification, just PM me, too.

We have had stuff like this and the property is usually forwarded by an innocent party to EUrope/Africa. We have no extradition from these areas for fraud so it isn't pursued.

I had a guy from a local SMALL medical supply biz call me saying a guy from Ethiopia wanted to order 5,000 blood pressure cuffs. The buyer was willing to pay by credit card etc. I advised him to accept only the money up front or forget the deal. Why would someone in Africa contact a small towm medical supply for such a LARGE order ??

Usually a small company that does most of their business will be skeptical of being approached like this. Well, I do business online like that all the time, even over Email. The only reason why I was a suspicious about it was because it was from somebody that I've never done business with and none of the information given matched everything. I know of a lot of other businesses online that do the same, but this guy was stupid enough to Email a business that mostly deals with computer security consulting. We're naturally suspicious. ;O)

The thing that I'm worried about is not necessarily with doing business with them and losing money, it's that they have access to valid credit card information on real people. If anything, an LE agency can attempt to get more out of this than I can and possibly figure out whose credit cards these are and where they were hijacked from. A lot of people might be getting charges that they don't know about. =O(
