If Devil's Night is anything like in NJ/PA's Mischief Night, cars will be soaped and egged, trees will be decorated with toilet paper, pumpkins will be squashed, and for the twits that take it to the extreme, well there's fires, etc.

Born in Detroit, but moved to Colorado when I was 7. Definitely never even heard the term over here in Colorado. I think it might be limited to MI, or the east at least..
