I have just been informed that I will be attending police academy dec 11. Right now I'm working out 4 days a week. Lifting and running. I lift one body part each day and run about 2 mi (increasing weekly). Is there any certain things I should be doing to get ready for the academy. I want to start now so I can be in great shape when I go in and not have to worry about the PT and concentrate more on the books. Thanks Matt
