Question is could you get him for DWI, it is a motorized implement, no? :D
You know the difference between a job and a duty? A job you can refuse to do because it's dangerous; a duty you must do even if it is dangerous.

Yeah, the only test I could have used via policy/procedure is HGN, because his left side was paralized.Originally Posted by Babysmamadrama

Your honor, the suspect refused the walk and turn and the one legged stand.
Maybe it's because he only has one leg, prosecutor..

ROFLOL! Well if I were in his condition I'd probably get good and sh!t faced on occasion too. I suppose he could have been charged with public drunkeness but it was nice of you to just let him go home in peace.
I have tears running down my face from this.................ohhh stop![]()

Remember those who died, remember those who killed them.
We had a local homeless guy with no legs that stuck around for a few years. He's very strong in his arms and upper body, and hates cops. He's broken the nose of one officer a few years back, and it normally takes 2-3 officers to take this guy into custody
Don't underestimate anyone...you may catch some laughs for it later, but I'd rather be laughed at on the next call instead of recovering in a hospital ER

The whole shift showed up when the old man started M-F in me as I keyed the radio. They got a good laugh at me dodging the punches the old timer was throwing.
I was surprised my squad didn't ride me to bad in meeting today. I actually got complimented on the way I handled the incident and my elbow-up manuveur (msp)![]()

bwahahahaha this stuff is so funny...i had something like this a while back but it was a crack dealer in a motorized chair...the friggin jokes i got afterwords were soooo funnyyyy...i had someone take a blank radio log then rewrite it with me calling for air support for a high speed chase...one of the sargeants who draws cartoons as well drew a picture of me walking behind a guy on a wheelchair yelling stop into my radio and there is sweat just pouring off of me.
