I don't think he is LE. In fact, I'd be willing to bet he's a disgruntled parking enforcement officer who recently got a ticket from DC.

I was a little cunfused by that one too, it seemed like he was claiming to be LE, but he didn't sound like it. And as far as everyone worring about me on traffic stops, all I'm saying is that if I threw a flashbang, and charged the car with an ERT team I really don't think that I would have a job much longer. Rather I would do a tactical walk up, or if I really didn't feel good about it I would do a passanger side walk up. Like one of our officers did before he saw the gun and retreated back to his car and called for backup. And if he is CPD than it would be our friendly neighborhood spiderman that he was talking about. After talking to some of the guys that were on perimeter, and hearing what he said about what he saw, it makes me glad that no officers got hurt, and made me start thinking about the way we do perimeters.

Ours isnt in shape, actually they arent in ANYWHERE!!! They are ghosts, never there when you need them cause they are busy patrolling their office or polishing their toys.

I have never seen any of them just out on patrol. It takes them an hour or two to respond to anything and when they do, they are so arrogant that most of the patrol guys make fun of them!!
