Im not really in a typing mood so ill keep it short. On my way in at 0530 this morning a Armed Robbery call came out with a gunshot victim. The victim had been shot one time a couple of inches below center mass. His stomach started to swell and harden so I knew he had internal bleeding. He could only tell us that his attacker had a mask on then they wheeled him off to the ER for emergency surgery. Suspecting something not right we obtained a search warrant and searched the house. Two handguns were found along with a shotgun. The victim is a convicted felon prohibited from poss. firearms or ammuntion. We also found 25 grams of uncut cocaine. Best of all we found some stolen property taken from the dept. impound lot 2 days ago. Also seized was several computers, vcr's and stereo equipment. The vict/susp. made it through the surgery and will be released first of the week. Upon his release we have several charges waiting on him that will more than likely go federal.

If you can say, what gave you enough to get a search warrant ? From what you said ( perhaps intentionally vague) it didn't sound like enough .

we found a blood trail leaving the house and the victim never said he left the yard of his house. That led us to believe that he had shot the other suspect also. Then he and his father stated that he didnt own a handgun.

this dumbass was shot again today. Thats his 4th time being shot in 4 different incidents. He needs to quit thuggin cause he sux at it.
