Indecent Exposure question

Hi everyone, first post here. I'm from the Bay Area (Ca). Every morning I wake up and take a shower, sometimes I forget that the blinds in my front room are open. If someone looks in my house and sees me walking around in the nude could I be in some trouble?

I'm really not interested in anyone seeing me nude, I also close my blinds most of the time. The times I forget this question always pops in to my head. Thanks.

Do you leave you blinds open overnight? Most people close their blinds at night and open them when they're ready to start their day.

If you're concerned enough to find a police forum to ask that question, I would think it would be important enough to remember to close them. Frankly, it sounds like you asking if you can get away with it.

Yes it does, right? If you're doing it for shock value or to satisfy some weird fantasy, or if you intentionally expose yourself when you know people are looking, then I'd presume that would be no different than exposing yourself anywhere else, even if it is your home.

I usually close my blinds at night. Sometimes I forget, like if I get home right before I go to sleep.

Write a note to remind yourself to close the blinds before either....

You get a less than pleasant visit from a neighbor.

OR


You get a less than pleasant visit from the police.

If a small child sees you, the charges wont be indecent exposure and
you better have your bags pack for the big house.
