Thank you, that I do know since I'm a SFL native.

I'm more concerned with work environment, morale, etc..

I highly doubt someone on this forum works for that specific department (due to size, but prove me wrong). Anyway, even if someone does they aren't going to say it on this forum. HOWEVER, your best bet to find out about the department is to do a ride-a-long or two. I do work within PBC, and I can tell you that MOST departments within the county do have a good rep. Good luck.
