My new hero!
Currently just a Reserve Deputy I just graduated from Auburn University several months back with a BA in Criminology. I've been looking at those two departments in particular to work for. I already have a pistol and rifle I use for competition and for the reserves so I would like to stick with them if I can. Any thing else you need to know just ask and thanks for the response.
The reason I ask is you're username implies you're a LEO (i.e. cop), and the site's rules require those who have usernames suggesting they are cops to be verified. I'm assuming you're in Alabama, and as such, if you're a reserve deputy who has graduated from an APOST academy, you're eligible for verification. It's a pretty simple, painless process, and it grants you access to the LE-restricted areas of the forum as well. Here's the details on verification, just send me your info by private message and I'll get you squared away: Supporting Member / LEO Verification
This way, when you ask questions like this in the future, people here will be more ready to get to answering your question rather than asking if you're in the business.![]()

Yea I picked that name because my goal is to eventually work as a CBP Marine Interdiction Agent. Does being a Reserve Deputy count? If not I'll change my username but I'll pm my info.
