Game designer looking for advice

Like the title says . I am an amatuer game designer making a multplayer first person shooter video game. It has nothing to do with anything about law enforcement. What I am looking for is advice on things like.....rates of fire, accuracy, a description of how a gun handles..... Also a main focus of this is one of the guys you can play as with uses the C.A.R. system with a silenced gun If there is anyone who could maybe give me a picture., video, or even a scetch would be good of how the gun looks from a first person prospective. This would be much appreiciated.

Anyone who gives me advice on anything will be credited in game if you would like.
