Safariland 6280 holster repair - missing tension screw

My tension screw for my duty holster has been loose lately but I've been tightening it and it hasn't affected my draw at all until today. We were doing some transition drills with our department's new AR-15s and I went to draw when I discovered my Glock was practically glued into my holster. Turns out the tension screw itself fell out somewhere on the range and now it's like trying to pull my Glock out of a jar of molasses.

I'm authorized a replacement holster but going through the motions means I probably won't see it until next week sometime, leaving me with a few days of work with this problem. I work in a fairly high crime part of the city and I'd say on average my duty weapon's out of the holster 1-2 times a week. Anyone know of any remedial fixes I can do for a 6280 holster just so I can smoothly draw my duty weapon until I get a replacement holster?

    Appreciate any input.

I also have a 6280/6285. I might have one somewhere around here at home but I'll have to look for it. Not sure why losing the tension screw would make it Harder to draw your weapon (I would think it would come out more easily?)... What about getting a nut/bolt and a couple of washers from a hardware store in the meantime? Or maybe a LE equipment supply store might have some Safariland replacement parts handy?

I never thought it was much of a problem either but it turns out that helps it retain its shape so without it a slight bump makes it smaller and then a lot harder to draw from.

That's kind of what I was thinking as well.
