    A handgun for my wife

    I don't know if you already made your selection, but I would agree with the suggestion of a S & W revolver. Simple gun to learn with in the .38 Cal M & P or Model 10. I have two Kimbers; a SS Custom II TLE and a Pro Carry with a light rail. I love the Kimbers and they are my favorite hand guns, but would be too much for the spousal unit at this point. Good Luck.
