This needs to be answered, I would think, from a PA-based cop...
Does PA have a Castle Law in affect or anything similar? Curiosity as well as safety urges me to ask.
(Edit: I see this got moved, sorry if I put it in the wrong category. I don't own a firearm so I wasn't thinking that it might belong in here. ^_^ Still hope someone can answer!)
