    FEG "hi-power"

My father's business partner passed away a few years ago. His son recently asked me if I could help him sell a few guns his dad had purchased from employees who needed the cash at the time.

One is an FEG PJK-9HP.. It was imported by KBI Inc. in Harrisburg, PA.

I finally shot it the other day, and it is a dang fine shooting weapon. I know it is a Hi-Power clone. Some say it was built in Hungary by a plant built by FN.

Anyone have any facts or opinions?

From what I understand the FEG's are/were unlicensed copies of the High-Power. The FM's on the other hand were licensed by FN prior to 1988. The PJK's are supposedly closer to a real FN than the newer model P9M and some parts may interchange with the FN's. If it shoots good for you I wouldn't heistate to get it provided that the price isn't much more than $250-300.00 at the most.

Price wise, I wouldnt go over 250.00.
(this being for the version that is a direct copy of the BHP)
which is what I believe you have.
(There are several versions of this pistol and some are nothing
    close to the BHP inside)
You need to pull the slide and compare to a BHP to see.

IF I remember right, KBI stood for Kassnar? Brothers Inc.

The guns were made by FEG in Hungary.

You might check the forum on Stephen Camp's page.
You will have to register, but it is about the best BHP one
    running right now.

Might also check the BHP forum at

On a clear night, I can see the other deputies emergency lights at least 10 miles away.
But it isnt flat here LOL

Did all of the internet poop, just looking for other thoughts.

I would like to be able to describe it for potential buyes.

He also had a 4" S&W 681 that has gone already.

There is a S&W Sigma (yuck) a Dan Wesson .357 and an old piece of crap H&R 9 shot .22.
