If I wasn't blowing $1500 on NFA stuff in the next few months, I'd buy that rifle. Is there enuff meat on that barrel to thread them?

sure. it's got the muzzle brake on it, but there's about 3 or 4 inches behind that. it's a cast stainless receiver, which i hear is supposed to be the better receiver types, but i don't know anything about it. i just saw on another forum where the stamped receivers were like $350 and the cast were $450+. Sorry bro; already got a G3/HK91 clone. I had traded a TagHuer for a Springfield SAR-8. Super fun to shoot, ammos cheap, and really reliable.
