Can the lower trigger assembly of a ruger mark 3 and the action of the mark 2 be used together?

Good question! Check the ruger website, and see if the part #s are the same. The mk3 uses a mag disconnect safety, so it may not, but I havent seen a mk3 up close.

They are supposed to be a different design per the guy that is making me a silenced Mk II.

Honestly, I am not sure, but he specializes in the silenced Mk II's and quit making the MkIII's because of the differences in manufacture and features.
