    US Border Patrol, nation wide.

1996-2006 Beretta 96D Brigadier, 40 S&W. Remington 870 by Scatergun Technologies, 12 ga. Colt M4A1 (mines has the trijicon ACOG scope), in 5.56. And the H&K UMP40, 40 S&W of course. Some stations still have the M14 in .308 also.

    2006-present sidearm change to the H&K P2000 or USP40 Compact both in 40 S&W.

Before 96' there were Ruger Security Six, .357 and 686 in .357 you were also able to carry personal sidearms off of an approved list.

In case anyone cares, the City of Beacon, NY issues the Glock 22 or 23, officer's choice. Also, I found a mistake, I just went through the academy with some guys from Orangetown, NY, they carry the H&K USP in .40 caliber.

Here are some of the others I went through the academy with

    Clarkstown, NY
    SW99 in .40

    Haverstraw, NY
    Beretta 92D in 9mm

    Greenwood Lake, NY
    Glock 22, .40

Wow! Did the original poster make that himself? I never thought I'd find the city I live on, in that list. It's cool to know what the local police are packing.

Thanks. The Feds aren't on the list yet, but keep on commenting, they will be added soon.

I have the agents down as issuing the P229 and P239. Correct?
Which Bushmaster variant? Semi, 3RB, full auto? 14.5", 16", other? A2 or A3 configuration?
    Which Remington variant?

My entry currently looks like this:

    US Department of the Interior
US Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS)
    Issues the 10×21mm (.40 S&W) Glock 22 pistol, 10×21mm (.40 S&W) Glock 23 pistol, and 10×21mm (.40 S&W) backup Glock 27 pistol to uniformed officers from ????.
Issues the 5.56×45mm Bushmaster XM15E2S M4 to uniformed officers from ????.
Issues the 18.5×76mmR (12-gauge) Remington Model 870P pump-action shotgun to uniformed officers from ????.
    Issues the 9×22mm (.357 SIG) SIG-Sauer P229 pistol and 9×22mm (.357 SIG) SIG-Sauer P239 backup pistol to special agents from 2002.

Issues the 10×25mm Glock 20 pistol.
Granted they allow their officers to carry their choice but their standard issue is a Glock 17.

Before you ask, no I dont work there but that is where I went to the academy at and several of their officers were in my class.
Why is it that all these jerkoffs seem to know about the right to remain silent, but I have yet to find one of them to actually exercise that right. -Legoate

Hey, ease off on the metric system, too many numbers:D
Looks right to me. But what's with the question marks? If you are looking for the date of initial issue, when they converted to the Glocks was before my time.
