I am wondering if anyone has any information on new hiring practices, or maybe can better explain the hiring practice, now that the FCIP is shutting down. I've heard that there weren't any plans for another hiring cycle till 2012, but I feel kinda bad pestering the USMS recruiters since recruiting is a "side job" along side their regular case load/work.
If you don't feel like looking up my intro, as it's a few years old now I think, I've been in the BoP for 4 years and some change as a C/O, 5 years active duty as an MP, and 3 years in the Nat. Guard as a Lan Manager.

God knows what they are going to do. A new test is supposed to be in development. For now, all you can do is wait and see. FWIW, FY2012 is only 6 months away.
