I cleared this with Joey prior to posting.

I have a personal friend who is a Federal LEO, with the Treasury Department. Her name is Destiny Densley, and she is close to retirement. She is currently sufferring from many health problems, and is in desperate need of Federal leave donations, and is having problems paying some of her huge medical bills, so anything cash wise anyone can spare, she would appreciate too. Some of you may know her from Knob Creek shoots, or from some of the weapons forums around. She has done machine work for me personally on some of my 40mm items, and has donated some of her 40mm-12ga adapters to troops currently in combat zones around the world.

If anyone can help her out with a few days of Federal leave, Please follow the below instructions from her:

The Form to download is the Office of Personal Management or OPM 630-b.

You fill out the Form and in line 10 you put my name:

Destiny Densley, Treasury Dept,OSC,OP2,Dept3, Team 304

Then you hand it over to your payroll specialist and they Fax it to this person.
