Question Sector Enforcement Specialist App Questions

So I applied for this job on USAJOBS.gov about 2 months ago and the e-mails I received confused me. The first one was straight forward but the second really doesn't tell me anything.

Application Manager powered by USA Staffing

    MINNEAPOLIS HIRING CENTER

    BHW FED BLDG

    1 FEDERAL DRIVE

    FORT SNELLING MN 55111-4055

    Receipt for: FoodStampz

    Job Series/Title: 1801/Sector Enforcement Specialist

    Vacancy Identification Number: LN 210850

    Job Announcement Number: MHCBPCE-210850-OC

    USAJOBS Control Number: 1337389

    Open - Close Dates: 9/22/2008 - 9/21/2009

This is to acknowledge the receipt of the Occupational Questionnaire you submitted for the

job vacancy announcement shown above. We will assess your qualifications based upon the

responses you provided in the questionnaire, as well as all other materials requested in

the vacancy announcement. When this evaluation is completed, you will be notified of the

    results with another e-mail message.

It is important to note that in many cases submitting the Occupational Questionnaire does

NOT complete your application. Most jobs also require the submission of a written

application or resume, as well as supporting materials such as transcripts and Veterans

    Preference documentation.

TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION, READ AND FOLLOW THE

    INSTRUCTIONS IN THE VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT.

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL MESSAGE. IT IS AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED.

This is what confused me. I haven't received any paperwork in the mail or anymore e-mails so I don't get it...

The first e-mail is stating the Human Resources Re has finally got to the job questionnaire you filled out, did a quick look and decided it looks like you answered every question and provided all information required, thus your application will be passed on to the HR official who grades/scores/ranks them.

The second e-mail means they graded/scored/ranked you. It states the eligibility list is valid until July 2010. It states you indicated will take part-time or full time employment, willing to travel for the position and did not claim Veterans status.

You were found eligible for GS-5 position, with a score of 79. (Think of this like a written test grade, out of 100. Anybody who scored higher will be vetted before you.)

You were found ineligible for the GS-9 position due to a lack of education or experience.
-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.
