Anyone know how I can get in touch with Steve1568? Can someone please provide me with his e-mail address so I contact him? I sent him a private message a week ago and I don't know if he read my message or not. How can I enable return receipt or read receipt function using the mail system here?

Seriously though, between this thread and your previous thread related to FBI Uniformed, it seems almost "stalker-esque". Maybe Steve is on vacation, away from a computer, doesn't want to answer, etc, etc.... HIGHLY doubtful that anyone will release Steve's, or anyone else's email address.

Search this site, google, or call a local office. The information is out there, if you dig a little.;)

I don't know what your story is, but over the 3 years you have been posting here, you have said you'd be a recruit for the NYPD, then CBP and now the FBI.

In the same fashion you gleaned information about these positions and may or may not have applied for them, you can receive information from this FBI's recruiting office to which you state you have applied.

Don't expect a quick response from the member who belongs to this particular federal agency and no one will give you this 'Steve's' email address. It would be a breach of privacy to do so and I am sure you wouldn't appreciate it if we handed out your email address to a virtual stranger. It would be entirely inappropriate.

So, hang in there and do some ground work in the interim.

Thank you all for the "backup". I have recently left the "fed life" and moved on to a position with a different organization. Cal1nu, as for the questions you posed in your PM, the information is readily available in other posts. Many people have posted here an in other forums that one of the first steps of being a good LEO is the ability to problem solve and research. This holds true in job searches as well. Best of luck to you in your activities.

Should that event happen the only sudden move will be the red dot appearing on his forehead immediately followed by his brain rapidly evacuating his skull
