Has anyone encountered problems trying to get some sort of a reply back from the Dallas Service Center for ICE hiring? I've called & left voicemails and emailed them and haven't heard a word back from them. Also had problems using e-Qip. Thanks.

I have never gotten a response to an email or phone message. The word is that you have to get a live person when you call or you will likely be out of luck.

I've had nothing but problems getting a response. If you look at IEA thread @ Officer.com, you'll see a huge list of people that are having the same problems.

Yep its almost impossible to get a response. I've sent emails, left several messages, and talked to 2 "call takers" (both who promised I would get a call back and never did). I even have some direct numbers. All I get off of those is answering machines and no call backs. At this point I've just about given up on getting an answer. I have never had this issue with any other agency I have applied to.
