Is AUO factored into pay matching? If you go from a covered leo position that includes AUO to a non covered position within the same agency, would your pay be matched including your AUO?

I would say, No.
If the new position is authorized AUO or LEAP then you'll get that but if the position dosen't get either type of pay I don't see how they could match it.
What positions are we talking about?
